Moonlight Struggle

Alright-two things all together were difficult about this drawing: A) determining what to name it. B) determining if the Jackal would be dark or pale. Never really got to decide on that one. I pretty much forgot about the fact when I finally flattened the image...meh. Oh well...

This is the colored version of that line art I submitted yesterday that I drew for the Oracle Prophesies contest: my favorite couple in the series (though not necessarily obvious or legal), the Jackal and Rhetia, meeting for the first time before the series' start. The jackal decided to rob a random girl he found on the street, and Rhetia of course responded with a knife. He disarmed her, making it a memorable meeting (Though they didn't figure out who was who in the end).

I'm pretty happy with the overall drawing. I've never drawn something like this with my tablet that I was willing to submit. Plus, I've never drawn a night scene that actually looked like it-so this is nice.

I won't actually be submitting it for another few days-so I can edit the PSD file if I see fit. Any comments, critiques, questions or concerns would be nice.
